The Academic Venue Show continues to evolve
Building on the success of previous years, visitors can expect a variety of exhibitors representing a wide range of academic venues from across the UK. We’ve used the feedback from last year to continue the development of the Show and provide all visitors with a unique experience on the day.
The 2015 Show will feature an interactive session with celebrity food critic Jay Rayner, with Natalie Hudson, Marketing & Membership Manager explaining “Visitors will be able to enjoy drinks and canapes, produced by some of our exhibiting venues, while networking and enjoying the company of renowned retaurant critic Jay Rayner. They can then hear Jay present his five star Show 'My Dining Hell' which has receive fantastic reviews across the country".
With around 40 of the UK’s leading academic venues expected to exhibit, visitors will be spoilt for choice. “The Show is about offering visitiors the opportunity to have as much time as they want for quality, face to face discussions with representatives from a wide range of venues all under one roof for one day only".
Additional refreshment areas and informal meeting spaces have also been added to provide more space for visitors to take breaks or carry on conversations with exhibitors away from the main stands. “We hope these encourage exhibitors and visitors alike to continue their networking, as we appreciate events can be very personal and that every detail matters”.
